16th Trip: Oxnard Surf

Went up north to Oxnard on a quick vacation with the family. Got to do a little surf fishing in front of the Embassy Suites Mandalay Beach resort we were staying at. Got out on the Thursday night, light winds but the tide was out. Threw out a 4″ root beer color swim bait for about 1/2 hour at sunset. Nothing much, and packed it in. Also got out the next morning for a few minutes, not much either. Going to go out on Friday. Had fun with the family all weekend.
