More Fish Illustrations by Carl Glassford

A few months back I posted a quick photo from my good friend and mentor Carl Glassford. As I was cleaning out some of his old illustrations I came across a few more fish illustrations. (If you want to see the previous one click here)

I learned graphic design under him at Golden West College, and ended up coming back and teaching with him. One of the premiere pen and ink illustrator’s out there (See his Walter Foster book Drawing with Pen & Ink Artist’s Library series #06 at Amazon.com). I have always been amazed at the amount of detail and time he puts into his work.

About Sean Glumace

Sean loves to fish in Southern California and this site is his journal of his adventures in fishing. He started fishing when he was a little guy with his dad David, and has continued to this day with his family. In his day job, Sean has been a graphic designer for over 15 years, designing everything from in-store displays and signage for supermarkets to e-commerce auction sites for an online consumer electronics company.
